Winner of the Northern California Olympic Art Festival Singing Competition in 1998 and recipient of the Best Musician Award of Armstrong Atlantic State University, Tian Ge has sung to acclaim in the United States and held a solo concert in 2003. He thereafter won the gold medal in the professional division of the All-China Music Competition. Tian Ge was invited to join Opera San Jose in 2006, and sang in its production of Donizetti’s opera Lucia Di Lammermoor. In August of 2008 and September 2010, he won the silver medal in the men’s division of NTDTV Global Chinese Vocal Competition. He is currently a tenor soloist with Shen Yun Performing Arts.
