    1. Shen Yun has arrived in Japan. See what Shen Yun New York Company members have been up to before the group’s first performance at the Aichi Prefectural Art Theater, Nagoya.
    2. Principal bassist Juraj Kukan helped the performers land smoothly (just kidding). Upon arrival at the gate, the kind airline staff allowed Shen Yun performers to view the cockpit of the new Boeing 787-10 Dreamliner.
    3. Meanwhile, dancers (from left) Evangeline Zhu, Justina Wang, and Angela Liu could not pass up a chance to sample some Japanese cheesecake. (Photo by Jessica Si)
    4. Classical Chinese dance and Chinese martial arts are like long-lost siblings, just ask Principal Dancer Michelle Lian and this ninja.

    8. Nagoya Castle’s Hommaru Palace was built over 400 years ago, during times of Samurai warfare. The building exemplifies some of the finest Samurai-styled architecture known.
