BIOGRAPHY

Born in: Tokyo, Japan
With Shen Yun Since: 2010

Kenji Kobayashi trained in classical Chinese dance at Fei Tian Academy of the Arts and at Fei Tian College, both in New York. He won first place in the 2016 adult male division of New Tang Dynasty Television’s International Classical Chinese Dance Competition. In 2014 he won first place in the junior male division of the same competition, after having won second place in 2012.
